Vidalia Onions (with greens) ideas?

Fresh Market had nice looking vidalia onions with the greens still attached so I picked up a few bunches. I'm thinking about roasting them whole...greens and all.
Any ideas of what I can do with them? The onion bulbs are pretty small (golf ball sized) and the greens are sizable but seem very tender.

Anything. I prefer vidalia onions to regular ones. Especially good for chicken/steak fajitas. Get some red/yellow/orange bell peppers.

Vidalia onion and tomato sandwiches are pretty darn good. Put may on them and good bread.

I love baked Vidalia onions. I just bake them in a casserole dish in a bath of Worcestershire sauce, butter, ground cumin, dry white wine, and salt & pepper. Bake covered with foil at 350 degrees, basting often until tender. I uncover the last few minutes to allow for browning. Obviously, cooking time will depend on the size of the onions.

Roast in olive oil. Or cook down with brown sugar, soy and jalapeños.
