Too late for today, but the farrmers market has a couple of sellers at it that would fit your desires. One from Houma sells frozen head on 9-12 count.

Tommy's Fish House has them for 5.99 and Leblanc's on hwy 42 has them for 4.99 (13-15 ct, both places)
