Figured this would be the best place to post.

Currently a DTV subscriber and thinking of switching to DISH. However, I have heard mixed discussions on whether all the Braves games are broadcast in HD.

I understand that the PTV games are now simulcasted on FSS, but I am confused when people make statements that DISH does not always broadcast the games in HD on the RSN.

Petty good troll.

1. You slammed baseball
2. You told me about DTV, which I already had.

-1 point for no TL;DR

It kind of depends on where you live. If you are in most parts of Georgia it shouldn't be a problem. I wouldn't recommend switching to Dish though. I used to have that crap when they had a contract dispute with Peachtree TV and I ended up missing about 20 home games. Ended up calling and yelling at the person who answered for half an hour until they finally offered to give me all the sports channels for free so I could watch the games on the other team's Fox affiliate. Those were all blacked out. In short, the company is garbage.

I have Dish and I got all of their games last year in HD. I imagine nothing will change, but I think there is a package minimum to make sure you get all the games. I think I have the "top 150+" package and got them with it. Even if the channel the game is on isn't active when a game isn't on, it will turn on when it starts.

*edit* I'm in the Birmingham area, so I would guess it wouldn't be any different in the Huntsville area

You would think an Ole Miss fan would enjoy following such a mediocre franchise.

A lot of times in Tuscaloosa, the peachtree games aren't simulcast. No idea why. It'll show up on the TV guide but not on the TV
