DownshiftAndFloorIt LSU Fan The devil dreams on an idle horse Member since Jan 2011 31318 posts	Fixing a screwed up game disk (Posted on 2/9/13 at 8:07 am) Tried to play RDR undead nightmare today and can't get past the first loading screen without it locking up. The disk doesn't look scratched or anything and every other game works fine. What do y'all suggest?

I perfer the seamen route as when it is smeared across the disc it is much clearer and makes it easier for the laser to read it. Just place it on the back and smear in a circular motion with your index finger and then place in the sun. Also it is easier to clean if it doesnt work the first try and you wanna try again. Toothpaste is a bitch.

As long as it can recognize that it is the game, it'll play. My borderlands two disc is scratched all around the place, but thats the method I used to resolve the issue.

I'll probably go that route instead of blowing a load on my game disk.
