can this offense, with the personnel Cam has to work with, be a top 25 offense with the schedule we are up against?

It very well could be LSU's GOAT.

If only Chris Faulk would have stayed I would say definitely

Yep

That's going to be the biggest loss

I'm optimistic with some of the young guys they're bringing in on the line but it would be nice to have a veteran at LT that you know can get the job done

It's gonna be the same offense, where has all that talent got us the last 5 years?

Not sure if you're too busy molesting kids to notice that we have a new OC,but you might want to think about that for a second.

It all depends on Mett.

well statistically La Tech had the #1 offense in the country last season. They probably would have still had a top 50 offense against LSU's schedule last season. I believe we have better offensive talent than La Tech (not sure about at QB with Mett though). Surely Cam can get this offense at least as good as La Techs.

Screen passes, screen passes everywhere.

I'm excited to see Blue and Hill catching passes

Mett completely outplayed him in every part of that game this year. He played like shite against the only 2 good SEC teams on their schedule while having a much superior supporting cast

the o-line can be good next season. The talent is there. May just need to shuffle some players around to get the best 5 on the field at the right positions. OBJ and Landry are both good recievers but boths talents are better suited to slot reciever. So one or the other should start, not both, along with Quantavious Leslie if he makes it here, if not then Boone, Wright, or Dural. Dickson makes throwing to the TE a good option. Copeland should be even more of a beast at FB. Hopefully Blue is back to full strength as he is a good change up to Hill. It's not like the cupboard is empty. Cam has enough to work with to make this a good offense IMO.

it could be great.. but you have to remember that they will be playing the best of the best (besides themselves) defensively. so schools in shitty conference could put up better stats PPG shite like that

but the talent is nasty

I hope Faulk doesn't end up regretting his decision. But I think he may.

I agree with this. And I will also like to predict that Mett will be drafted higher than McCarron.

I just hope we find a suitable replacement for him. Vadel has to get a lot better, work on his footwork, come out of his stance faster. He could be the answer, he could improve a great deal with a season under his belt. If not, then flip flop Collins and Vadel, or find another option.

That's a pretty bold prediction with what we have seen so far.

If Cameron can get Mett to play like he did in November, we could see greatness. We can't have Mett as a game manager this season
