One of my all time favorite movies has seemed to fade into obscurity. Did it have anything to do with Charlton Hestons political views.

I enjoyed it when it came out. I don't know how much i would enjoy it today. It was a very controversial movie at the time because of the interracial thing.

I enjoyed it overall. Heston is a great actor but obviously the material didn't lend itself to an outstanding performance. I thought there had been a remake of this movie but can't find it; apparently not.

Technically you can call I Am Legend a remake.
