That is brutal, but at least you have one of the top closers in the game. You lose a ton of k's though now that he is only pitching the 9th.

I will get all the write ups going tomorrow. I am going to look back at last year's to see the format and how I fared compared to the actual standings.

I think it took at least two hours last year. They came out well.

I ranked the team's hitting, pitching, and overall. On each detailed breakdown, I gave a little overall summary, hitting details, pitching details, favorite pick(s), least favorite pick(s), and outlook.

It was pretty fricking extensive. I think I will combine the overall summary and outlook into one. That was probably a little repetitive.

2012 Predictions (rank of hitting/pitching/overall):

Tier 1:
That’s What Shin Said 1/3/1
Bash Brothers 2/6/2
North Side Dynasty 6/1/3
Tier 2:
Hot Stove 3/8/4
MrWiseGuy 8/4/5
Tthomasjr24 9/2/6
Tier 3:
Winter is Coming 7/7/7
Captain Kickass 5/9/8
Sexy And I Cano It 11/6/9
Mudhens 4/11/10
Tier 4:
Gorilla Ball 12/5/11
Thunder n’ Lightnin’ 10/13/12
TheBoozeCruise 13/12/13

Actual 2012 standings (predicted place):

1. Hot Stove (4)
2. Captain Kickass (8)
3. Thats What Shin Said (1)
4. Gorilla Ball (11)
5. Winter Is Coming (7)
6. North Side Dynasty (3)
7. MrWiseGuy (5)
8. Sexy And I Cano It (9)
9. TheBoozeCruise (13)
10. Mudhens (10)
10. Bash Brothers (2)
12. Tthomasjr24 (6)
13. Thunder n' Lightnin' (12) - pretty much inactive owners the whole season

Not bad, I screwed up on Bash Brothers (CE), Gorilla Ball, and Captain Kickass (Papz).

Some good picks about players I made.

Favorite pick:

Jason Kipnis $4
Chris Sale $3
Aaron Hill $1

Least favorite pick:

Jacoby Ellsbury $42
Desmond Jennings $25
Evan Longoria $42

And some bad ones.

Favorite pick:

Dan Uggla $24

Least favorite pick:

Alex Rios $7 because frick Alex Rios

quote:

Mike Trout $3 - hey, not bad if my biggest “insult” is the #1 prospect, but I just do not see enough playing time this season.

I thought he would not get enough at-bats or be a superstar. I also Barry drafted insanely well. Looking back, I could have criticized him drafting Ubaldo, but whatever.

To be fair, Barry and CE did have really good drafts. About half my team were 1 dollar players... so I don't know if you "screwed" up your rankings. I had a lot of good fortune working the wire. And if you look at the number of transactions... Barry only made 24 and CE 10.

problem is Granderson and Hart won't be back until May. Unless someone wants to take Hart now.

Team blueprint is for Granderson anchoring the outfield when he comes back. That's when Pence, Soriano, and Hart go on the block.

When healthy I have too many 20/90 OF

Working on those rankings. Have done about four or five so far.

Feel free to offer me an arm or a closer for one of my bats even Trout. However, if I move Trout, then I want a super stud in return, not a package of three decent guys.

Nah, my email got fricked up last year, so I used an alternate email to get access to the league. I had to change some shite with Yahoo and could not get into Yahoo (and the league) with my main email, so I made a backup.

North Side Dynasty was my team name last year.

Did six of the rankings tonight. I think I found teams ranked 2, 4, 5, 8, 9, and 10 for now.
