Its the same process we had last year. 22 rounds of 11 offense and 11 defense. Rounds 23-25 are whatever you want and we continue the snake draft.

I think we should spark up more conversation about player development. Look back and see who picked some stars. I know that some guys come back and do so but not enough for my liking.

So I will get started.

I drafted Taylor Graham with a supplemental pick. Since then he rode the pine at Ohio state trying to be like his daddy. Lol. Miller and Myers wasn't having that. But just when I thought all hope was lost he decided to transfer 4,600 miles to the islands. That's right Hawaii.

After sulking Afro a second realizing that his career was going nowhere I perked up when it hit me thy Norm Chow was the current head ball coach and he is a great Developer and passing coach. So hey maybe there is better days in yore for this kid. One to watch for next year.

It always interest me what other people see in a highlight reel:

Lets use the example of someone I was right about, MAC offensive freshman of the year Jaime Wilson from Western Michigan.

I watch these highlights LINK and its completely obvious he's a college ready stud WR. Do you guys see the same thing?

Let's talk about wins and losses. For example 2010:

Wins:
Rd 1, Keenan Allen, WR, Early entree in 2013 draft
Rd 2, Andrew Norwell, OT, Ohio St., Multi-year starter, All conference player
Rd 8, Nickell Robey, CB, USC, Early entree in 2013 draft, kick arse corner
Rd 9, Dominic Espinosa, C, Texas, Started since RSFR
Rd 20, Ricardo Allen, CB, Purdue, 3 yr starter, All conference
Rd 15, Chris Young, LB, Arizona St., Originally committed to Washington, but didn't qualify. Went JUCO, and ended up at AZ St. Started as a Jr and will be pre-season all Pac-12. Killer!
Rd 21, KP Parks, RB, Virginia, Multi-year starter, Nothing spectacular, but solid nonetheless......proud of the pick and him
Supp Pick, Elliott Porter, C, LSU, Went through a ton of shite with the greyshirt-Kentucky and back story.....came out better for it
Rd 10, Marcus Lucas, WR, Missouri - Solid player, will shine in 2013
Rd 14, Brandon Coleman, WR, Rutgers - Solid starter, will shine in 2013

Losses:
Jeff Luc, LB, FSU, Bounced around after I Enfuego'ed Max Bullough for his arse, who I drafted in Rd 13. Now he is at CIN, so we will see.
Rd 3, Ladarius Owens, DE, Auburn, Struggled to move up the depth chart after RS'ing. Expected to start as a RSJr.
Rd 4, Brandon Willis, DE, Transferred back and forth from NC to UCLA a few times. Not sure he has tackled anybody yet.
Rd 6, Mike Thornton, DT, Georgia, Can't seem to get on the field as of 2012.
Rd 7, Ethan Grant, RB, TCU, Concussions ended his football career.
Supp Pick, Nic Jacobs, TE, LSU, Got kicked off of the team

The others are somewhere in between.

Bro your wins are strong but those loses are brutal. You brought up some recruiting board legends in Jeff kid and Owens. I totally forgot about Norwell he was one I was targeting.

I had 3 Rivals frosh All Americans that year.

Woods is entering the draft. Hurst has started every game for the last 3 years at LT. Pierre-Louis has battled a couple of injuries but is a tackle machine. I had a few others do really well also (Tyler Bray, Jacques Smith, Chaz Green, Erik Kohler, Tony Creecy, Johnnie Farms, Toney Hurd Jr., Maurice Hagans)

My duds from that year would be Dyjuan Lewis, Trent Smiley, and Theron Norman.

My question is how did this kid go to the Mac. Great film and will continue to watch this kid. I mean he must have been a grade risk or something. Bad camps. No way a wr balling like that in Florida goes to the Mac and not the ACC or SEC.

Great find bro. What round did you get him? Link his rivals or 247 profile

I'm currently uncovering the fallout from my first three classes this weekend that's why I asked you for that doc.

I think my best star so far will be Floyd and Lemonier who could be first rounders this year.

I love that I have Mett and Hilliard. But I have been so inconsistent it's ridiculous.

I has some all Americans but my fav story is a guy that Dan hooked me up with my first year. His name is Mitch Morse. He is a great center in college at Mizzou.

I have had some injuries in Roy Finch but overall a decent team with a sprinkle of superstars.

He was a supplemental pick. Even crazier is his HS is one of the very best a producing top talent(Santonio Holmes, Fred Taylor, Brad Banks just to name a few)

GCB selects WR Kevin Spears (LSU)

I think he's the next Brandon LaFell. (Or has the potential to be) Redshirt, two years of role playing, a year as a go to player, then a final year as "the guy". He just needs to put in the work and stay healthy.

Here is Wilson's Scout Profile: LINK has some info. Rivals basically has a blank profile but you can check all the sites just by scrolling through commit list

I also took a Western Michigan QB Anthony Maddie LOVE his highlights LINK hoping he'll be the one throwing Wilson the ball for the next 3 years

Yeah I need more duo picks as well.

Last year we would have went deeper but was taking 3 days to get one round completed. Alot players lost steam.

Maybe the 2 per round will work better. But I definitely need to pull a tex Ags and over sign then pull a classic Saban and start processing players out.

Smh I have 6 bammers on my team 2 newly drafted. Lol
