Need advise for pursuing Masters

Have a friend whos father is in import and export business. They work on clearing of goods when goods are imported and areas of trade finance..letter of credit, buyers credit etc
He wants to pursue a Masters degree. I had a Masters in Finance from LSU and advised him against doing that because its more hardcore finance.
Can you guys please suggest any good masters program in that field and any good universities.

My friend is getting an MBA at Georgetown with some focus in this type of field.
