...doesn't have Drew as a top 5 QB, much less he doesn't even have him as a choice! What an idiot!

There's already a thread about this on the MSB.

Awesome troll job by Hoge.

And I agree that it was a troll play by Hoge.

Really this is a testament to America and its opportunities.

If that ignorant bastard can obtain, and maintain employment (probably well compensated) then anything is possible.

Not brees so, RG3? luck? Flaco?

Edit:
1. Flacco
2. Rodgers
3. Brady
4. Roethlisberger
5. Ryan

He made a list for tops Qbs right NOW, yet somehow Roethlisberger's season gets put ahead of Peyton Manning and Drew Brees. Matt Ryan is better than Peyton and Drew...

Flacco is 1?

That's gotta be trolling.

Matt Ryan had a better year than Drew Brees this year. It's also one mans opinion on who he thinks is best right now.

I don't think you can go wrong with any of those QBs or Drew Brees.

If he's going by this season, I'd be fine with Drew not on it if he were to make this list more accurate. And this season, I agree that Ryan was more consistent, and more efficient.

IMO This season should be:
Peyton Manning
Aaron Rodgers
Tom Brady
Matt Ryan
Drew Brees, definitely could make a case for quite a few others here as well (RG3, Wilson, Roethlisberger to name a few)

I believe a much more efficient season for Brees will occur, and he'll return to the top 2-3.

Drew averaged a higher yards per attempt, 11 more touchdowns, 5 more interceptions, all the while Matt Ryan had a defense that only gave up 18 points a game, 10 fewer to that of what Drew Brees had in his pocket.

Brees/422/5177/43/19/63.0/323.6/67.9

But really, Ryan was lightyears ahead of Brees this season.

Peyton Manning and Eli Manning had great years. Rogers did too. Then Brady and Flacco. Then Brees, RGIII, Ryan, Wilson and Rothlesburger. Keapernick & Schaub after that.

IMO

Perhaps Hoge's point is QBs who are good game managers and can help talented teams win. In my opinion Flacco, Ryan are good QBs who can win games with great teams. But Bree's is on another level as being a QB who can win games against all odds, ie read defenses, make pinpoint throws, and the like without any 1st or 2nd round WR and TE weapons.
