Ray Lewis haters pelase come in here and hate

I don't understand why some of my white friends keep telling me, "yea you know Ray Lewis killed that guy!" Where is the proof of this?
I've done some google/research and can't find any evidence to support this claim. Involved, certainly. But committed 1st degree murder? I'm legitimately asking what am I missing.
What if he had shot the guy? Hero?

ETA: No one has any clue if Ray killed anyone. He unquestionably obstructed justice in a murder though.

what I think is funny is none of this hate really ever came out before...but then all of the sudden the AFCCG and Super Bowl all these people on Facebook (who I never see comment about sports or football) and all these girls who don't even really know anything about football are talking about how awful Ray Lewis is and how he is a murderer
at the Super Bowl party I went to yesterday pretty much every person who was cheering for the 49ers said they were doing so because of "the murderer Ray Lewis"
Did is just become a talking point and get spread all of the sudden? Where has this "outrage" been for the last 13 years?

I don't care one way or the other about Ray Lewis. But for all the hype during the playoffs I thought his actual play on the field was very mediocre.

All I know is that Ray-Ray had a mediocre game, at best last night. Seems like every time I looked up, someone was faking his arse out or running past him. But he has a couple more rings than I do, so what do i know...

I'm a fan, and a Christian, and agree it's getting old but it's not really his fault that the world has been sticking a mic in his face the last 6 weeks. He has been consistent the last 10 years.
Still haven't seen any proof though. I ask if anyone has any real info I seem top be getting, "cause he did it!" Or, "oh yea he's OJ"

I thought his play was mediocre also. Even in the playoffs, he seemed to "catch" a lot of tackles and not really cause a lot of disruption. I'm not going to argue his intangible effect on the defense but his play won't be hard to replace.
