(Posted on 2/3/13 at 3:11 pm to goatmilker) Char Broiled burgers that are flavorful and tender. St. Louis style spare ribs with a dry rub spice, maybe some lemon pepper if I feel like it. Oh and some really good smoked sausage. Sweet potato fries and Baked potatoes on the side. A nice hefty glass of milk. And Bread pudding for desert. All that is worth missing breakfast and lunch over.
