He just dropped this mixtape on LiveMixtapes. I'm listening to it now, and it's the typical Gates sound. Jamaican accent, catchy hooks, and nice flow; has some nice songs but some I just have to skip. What's yalls opinion on him? I know ppl that love him, and then some that hate him.

Normal Gates stuff which is kimd of old for me
Had to download the whole tape though because im usually the music guy so i know for the next year ill hear "PLAY THAT NEW GATES CD !!!!" Until my head explodes

I have only listened to a few songs. Sounds a lot better than In the Mean Time so far, IMO. I just hope it's more rapping/freestyling and less singing. I can't deal with the whiney/crying/singing weird thing he's been recently doing in some of his songs. I'm expecting I will like The Luca Brasi Story much more... we'll see.
