They made it to go with crawfish boils. I hope its good. Another brewery that i root hard for and they tend to let me down.

Pronounced "day creh vees" the c is best described as a gargled c sound, the r is almost like a d, and emphasis on the s at the end. The s is a hiss sound ( like the s sound in a snake his)
At least that's how my wife pronounced it (French major) and said it means shrimp or crawfish.

Nice job on the pronunciation. However, crevettes is shrimp, écrevisses is crawfish.
