The more I read this stuff, the more I fall in love with Joe Vitt and Sean Payton, if that were at all possible.

I don't see how the TP can continue to employ Jizzy Jeff as a Saints beat writer. His credibility is shot to hell.

Well, they aint exactly employing a whole lot of anybody right now. But, Jeff needs to shut his mouth. Unless he can come up with some real proof this didn't happen, especially based upon the way he has reported the bounty fiasco, he 100% has lost all creditably.
The stuff hes spouted this year has sounded like a guy who got caught red handed and is pissed for getting the boot.

FTR, he is NOT the beat writer. He is a sports columnist. There is a difference. That being said his relationship with GW does seem to shed some light on his coverage of bountygate.

I understand he is a columnist - but, the vast majority of his stories are Saints related. He bought the NFL's pr re Bountygate, and repeatedly called out on his twitter feed, any fan that questioned whether the NFL was wrong. It now appears he had an obvious animus with the Saints and Payton. His "opinions" appear to be prejudiced by what happened with him GW, Payton and the Saints org. He needs to move on to Louisville or the NFL corporate offices.
