I guess it does, but I don't think it would serve one useful purpose! I wish Glock would just make their own carbine already

I've always liked those little kits, but I'd hate to have to register my Glock as an SBR

Damn...I really like the idea of that PDW in a 45 acp. It would be a Thompson style weapon with 30 round stick mags. Or Kriss that would not jam every 10 rounds.

SBR? Damn, would that trickeration on my GLOCK require a $200 stamp?

Indeed it would.... It would turn a Glock into an SBR

Damn just read the small print..... Disclaimer : If you own a host pistol and buy this product, your pistol will become a short-barreled rifle. You must first register your pistol with the ATFE using ATFE Form 1. The KPOS will not fit any Gen 1 or Gen 2 Glock. It is designed to attach to a Glock that has a standard Glock rail only. Please do not try to install a KPOS on a non-railed Glock. It is not designed for the taller Picatinny rail with multiple slots that a small number of Glocks have.

Of course it would. Its considerably shorter than 16" and has a stock. You could remove the stock or just get the tax stamp though.
