Seasoning a cast iron pot (Posted on 1/27/13 at 9:50 pm)
Got a cast iron pot for Christmas and I want to make some Jambalaya for the Superbowl. How should I go about seasoning it? Any tips or advice is appreciated. TIA

i realize that your pot was a gift, but i can't figure out for the life of me why people buy black pots new when you can go to the pawn shop and get one already cured for half the price.
