Texas Roadhouse isn't bad and every single location I've been to across the country has hot waitresses. Longhorn isn't bad either. I have never ate at Joes.

Olive Garden-Baton Rouge has a pretty strong Italian scene, and it's shameful how packed that OG on Essen stays. Unbelievable.
Never been to Red Lobster, but I can't imagine how bad it is.
