(Posted on 1/26/13 at 3:27 pm) There has been a problem the past few years in MS where taxidermists get lazy and shrink the neck. They have been known to fold the neck over one another and cut the excess off. I've heard a lot of people complain about this from tylertown to woodville. I brought mine to Ricky brister in McComb and he did a great job for a reasonable price. I like how the neck didn't lose any "muscle". The meat was great as well. Figured the least I could do was give my guy props. May not be beyond stellar work but with the problems people have been having in MS, it's nice to have someone not cut corners.
