A 6'4", 208 pound quarterback who can run and throw the ball. Also, he has had significant playing time at Penn State, and he's been in the LSU system for a year now, which is enough time to learn it. Any news on him? I would really like to see him take the field. I think a dual-threat QB can do wonders for the offense.

He does have a chance. He is replacing Alleman. Haven't you heard?

Yeah, but I think his dual threat is kinda like JJ.

He was horrible at Penn State from what I heard. He's just an insurance policy and absolute WORSE case scenario

I have a hard time believing that our offense continues to suck year after year.

And it does.....

Well, maybe he can change it. One of the reason I think our offense was so successful last year was cause of the JJ-JL combo. A scrambler and a power-thrower.

Believe it. Until the NC of course, we put up 40 a game and our QBs had amazing passing stats, but they never really had to throw it either cause we ran the ball so well

The kid was terrible at penn st. He got hurt, a walkon sophomore replaced him, and he never got the job back. Go look at his passing numbers. They are just bad. Right at 50% completion rate, 7 tds, 14 ints. And his rushing numbers aren't any better. 59 carries for 27 yards. He brings nothing to the field as a passer or runner.

He's not a runner. And from his play at Penn State, he can't throw either.

Dont think that at all. But all you remember about last year is the NC game. Look up the scores and stats for every other game before that and youll see what im talking about.
