Why would you waste an entire hour waiting on that garbage?

You can roll your eyes, but if he's referring to the one in BR, he's right. Johnny's in BR is terrible. I've heard the ones in North Louisiana are much better.

Please enlighten me on what you consider good pizza? I don't think that it is the best in BR, but it is better than most. I would take it of Fluer De Lis (the most overrated pizza ever) any day.

Doesn't matter.

This thread goes in the dumbest things I've ever read on the F&DB thread.

Crisp crust, flavorful sauce, good cheese and fresh, quality toppings.

I very much disagree. Incredibly soggy crust, bad sauce, waayyy too much flavorless cheese.

I'm not a big Fleur de Lis fan either. That doesn't make Johnny's BR good.

Your taste buds must be awful if you think Johnny's is better than most in BR, unless there is a location other than Highland. Domino's is so much better than the garbage I've gotten from that Johnny's.

It's also laughable that you would call any other pizza the "most overrated" and not be referring to Johnny's.

From reading post on this board I though Johnny's pizza was one of the best places to eat in BR

Nothing for the rest of my post? Johnny's in BR I'd absolute dog shite. Hopefully it's not representative of the locations in north LA, but in Baton Rouge it is absolutely terrible. There's a reason I'm not the only person voicing this opinion everytime a Johnny's thread gets started here.

Yeah because most on this board are always so objective. If you take responses from here serious, there is not a place in BR that is anything more than dogshit.

As I said, Johnny's is not great. I much prefer Red Zeppelin or LPK, but for cheap decent pizza I think it is fine. Much better than any of the chains and a number of the local places that most people continually blow on here.

Just googled Johnny's Pizza in Baton Rouge thinking it's different than the one in Hammond.

It's the same disgusting chain. That pizza is horrific, same as the crap put out by Cici's.

Thank God for Tommy's.

Dude knight for Johnny all you want, but the BR location is in fact crap, and most of the big chains put out a better product. CiCi's makes better pizza, and that's saying something.
