yep

used them about 2 years ago

steve was a good guy

i started a plan from scratch (mistake) ... brought it to steve, he draws it, etc

he was average as far as how long it took to get stuff done, etc .. not bad, not great, average

at that time he was slightly cheaper than others in town

he was not super creative when it came to ideas but he offered suggestions from time to time

overall, i would use him again

They've got a pretty good reputation. From my experience with the two house plans know what you want and listen to your builder (if he's a good one.) Good builder saved me on my back patio. House plans had it drawn only aobut 8 feet and really needed to be about 10. Just little stuff the builder knew how to read plans better than me.

We used him in 2008. The plans were very detailed and he was easy to work with. We are starting another house shortly and called him about plans. He didn't seem interested. Business must be good.

Bought plans from him for a customer and built them. Easy to deal with and the plans were not wrought with errors which makes them above average right there. I've said it on here before, these guys are good if u like their stock plans for $500, but to bring him raw plans to do from scratch without consulting a builder first is a money sink hole.

I own a design/build concrete construction firm and see his plans very often. I know Steve well and he is one of the best around.
