I think I'd go Kaepernick, Flacco, then Ryan. Flacco is clutch as frick, though.

flacco throws a tremendous deep ball.
i don't like the inconsistency i witness with ryan. some of his throws are grossly off.
kap is the guy i take bc he has incredible zip and mobility.
