I remember how pissed I was when Eddie Furlong went to rehab just as Terminator 3 was starting production and they had to cast Nick Stahl to replace him. While the movie still would have sucked most likely, at least we'd get to see the grown-up John Connor that we had in our mind's eye after T-2. What others do you have?

Eddie Furlong couldn't act the first time around, so I doubt he would have done any better the second.

You mean a twelve year old face on a fat body?
I have to go with Wesley Snipes in Major League 2. Although, Dr. Foreman is the better actor.
