I'm not sure how all this NCAA Recruiting works, so can we sign 35 if we want this year?

LSU signed 21 last year.
4 can count back to the 2012 class.
LSU can sign 29 total LOI for 2013.
The 10 juniors leaving really just help LSU stay under the 85 scholly limit.
