Yea, I read it as you said they'd be better and worse all at the same time, confused the hell outta me. Your edit makes it better. I think they'll be right around 17 Ls this year, batting will be a lot better.

We really need Cotton in the bullpen if you ask me. Especially with 2 right handed starters.

I agree but at the same time him only getting an inning or 2 per weekend just doesn't seem enough.
