Anyone know what percent is the average amount applied to reduce the principle in a home lease to purchase contract?
For example, if the buyer of my home enters a contract like this with me, and I charge them $1,000 per month. How much of that is average for me to take off of the amount agreed upon in the purchase agreement?

Not sure if there is a standard, but I've seen between 10% and 40% or so. More often, I've seen the lower end.

Thanks, wasn't sure of which end of the spectrum was even the standard.
