By all accounts HE was the one tricked in to thinking his girlfriend died the same week as his grandmother. I'm not a ND fan and never cared for Te'o, but if this story is true then I feel terrible for the guy. I don't understand all the jokes and finger pointing... am I missing something?

If it's true and he had a girlfriend for 3 years that he actually never saw even after her having a bad car wreck and dying of leukemia.....then he is at the very least weird.

That Deadspin article is saying alot more than the ND AD that had an "independent investigation" done. Don;t understand why the AD didn't go into detail to try and help...Te'o has sum explaining to do!!!
