1 pack ground deer
2 onion chopped
2 bell pepper chopped

Put meat, onions, and bell peoper in pan and brown/saute, and season with
Tonys, black pepper, couple pinches of cuman, and garlic powder "no real measurements, just season and taste test when meat is brown.

Once meat is brown drain it and add a couple cans of chili fixen rotel, can of tomato paste, and a pack of mckormics chili mix, and can of kidney beans. I usually add some water to it also to get the texture i want. Bring to a boil, then turn it down and let simmer for 20 mins.

Fix bowl, top with shredded cheeae, and eat with tostitos scoops and ur done!

Unsweetened cocoa powder, maybe 1 teaspoon/tablespoon - depending on how much you're making.

My mother used to use a Mexican chocolate, but I find Hershey's Cocoa works just as well. Just make sure it's unsweetened and not instant chocolate milk shite.

Use this:

You don't want to add so much you actually taste it, but it will add an 'effect' that is really gratifying. Makes the chili flavor richer, if that makes any sense.

i like to add some jimmy dean breafast sausage when im browning meat, usually a log, depending upon batch size.
aside from regular shite, i ALWAYS use plenty of cumin! sometimes put corn, sometimes not. same with beans(black, kidney or chili)
sometimes i add 1/2 a beer, usually add crumbled bacon if i have some around.
always use fresh vegetables.

I tried blue runner chili base the other day. Along with extra chili powder and rotel chili fixin maters, it came out pretty good.

This, but no need of drainning it if there is little to no fat.

Did an Elk, deer and wild hog the night before and it was slaming.
