It was from state cross country this past year. You run the last 300 meters on the track going reverse.

I was on tgr 4x400 with a bunch if black dudes. Closest thing I've ever been to being black haha

Myson ran track up here in Montana. He was in the 100m and 200m and the 4X400m relays. I admire you for doing the long distance cross country. Those are some tough events . Congrats. Also thanks for posting that picture of Miles. As someone else said, definitely has that same look alot of times on the sidelines.

The 4x400 is a brutal race, but damn its exciting.
The 4x100 was my absolute favorite race to run, we cruised to 41.9 my senior year. Great stuff
I ran the open 100 and 200 but I wasnt explosive out of the blocks and got out pretty slow. Had great top speed, but unfortunately has to play catch up a lot of the time
