Looking to purchase a lot and build a home in Orleans parish.
Can anyone recommend a bank in the area to contact as a starting point? I have no knowledge which banks might "specialize" in this type of loan.

Once u have 20%, go talk to a credit union.

Just closed on a lot in Lakeview....used Resource Bank on Vets....Paul LaRocca is the branch mgr....easiest folks to work with by far and I have used many banks / lenders in the past...plus they had the best options for down payments
