No. Unless he is able to graduate from there in one year with all the required SEC credits he would need.
The only people that can transfer out of JUCO after one year are the people that qualified for the NCAA out of HS but still chose JUCO for whatever reason. Like Aaron Rodgers, who transferred to Cal after one year at JUCO.

Because he is starting now and getting this semester in, he should be able to sign next February and enroll in the summer. Not entirely positive but that would fulfill the 3 semesters required that allows most normal juco kids to enroll in January of their signing year.
The bigger question is do we take him next year if he qualifies? I'd say so since Les helped place him in that juco and get him started immediately but we all onow the history of Les and juco kids we wanted out of high school. May depend on Washington and Cethan Carter.

My understanding is that he's going to school, like Liggins did last summer, to see if he can get academically eligible by summer 2013...so that he can play in 2013.
Whatever the case, I hope he's more successful than Liggins.

Not an insider so cant read original link although the brief summary says his coach said he is gonna enroll in JUCO. Is that not true or is he basically saying he wants to come to LSU after?
