Do NFL Head Coaches pursue other head coaching opportunities in the NFL?

When is the last time an NFL Head Coach left a team he was presently coaching to accept a job with another team? I know college coaches do this all the time but I can't remember an NFL coach to do this recently.

Which is kind of weird because there is way less loyalty to coaches in professional sports than college sports.

It doesn't happen very much, especially any more, because if the coach is under contract the other team might have to compensate the team for taking there coach, with draft picks.

big Herm Edwards i believe
there was a rash for a few years. Gruden and Bill B did it. teams were trading picks for coaches
but...i think teh NFL instituted new rules about it after Herm.

To do it in the NFL, the new team will have to compensate the old one with draft picks and or $$$ if the coach is still under contract.
College can shop around, even with a valid contract.
ETA: I think this got worse with Saban and LSU giving him no buyout.
