Although GW says it's a three team race (LSU, Fla, aTm) I really believe this is a two team race between LSU and aTm going into 2014 really on the strength of Noel Ellis being a part of the 2013 class. Well at least we know Bama's not in the race.

Florida is more of a threat IMO
I also think we sweep the big 3 in NOLA, in fournette, noil, and of course Willis
Those 3 coming together would solidify this class and vault the momentum like crazy

I understand the sentiment about Bama and the 3-4 but have you guys not seen what defense UF runs? It's a hybrid 3-4 and Willis spoke specifically about wanting to play DE and at UF he would because of the versiojn of the 3-4 they run. Their 4th DL is a stand up position. I don't think the 4-3/3-4 debate is the reason Bama is being called out.

What more do you need me to say? Alabama will always be in the race.
They are on top of the mountain of college football and have ace recruiters and the brother. To say, "oh Willis said Bama is out, so that's it, Bama is gone" is just dumb. These kids change their mind over wins and losses for Gods sake. Not saying he will go to Bama, but don't be dumb and think they don't have a shot.

This is true. Bama will continue to harass Willis throughout the process but from the insiders perspective, lsu is in a great spot. Apparently, he, Speedy, and LF are currently digging not being sellouts and instead interested in repping the boot together.

This same interview is on Tide sports also and they r dogging GW III because he verbally stated hes not going or even considering Bama.
