Anyone know where in Baton Rouge one can purchase a steel or metal 55 gallon drum?

IIRC, I bought 10 plastic ones from a place called American Container a few years ago

contractor drum and salvage has them. they are on airline north of tom drive and south of earl k. i've made a few deer/coon feeders with them.
