Just read an article that the acme taco people are opening a burger joint. It doesnt open til Friday, but was wondering if anyone has been to a soft opening and tried anything.

Can't wait for this one. I'm not that big of a fan of Acme Taco, though.
The spot where Acme Burger is located seems like one of those snake-bitten locations. It's contained Essie's (closed when the landlord threw all their shite on the sidewalk for non-payment), Boulevard Grill (there for awhile but struggled its whole existence), and finally the mexican joint that survived all of 3 months. I hope this one works out, it'd be great to have a good burger joint in that area and the menu looks really creative.
