Popeyes with 2 lanes in the drive thru

You guys ever seen one of these? They are building one on Causeway in Metairie. It's got two sets of menu boards to place your order, but looks like it all gets funneled down to one lane after you order. Popeyes what's the point ? Y'all still not gonna have chicken ready.

I ate lunch at the one on General DeGaulle yesterday for lunch and had my plate ready for me before I could finish my transaction.

Yep. The skinny cat with one glass eye is hard to read when trying to order though. I still can't decide if he is talking to me or the folks behind me.

Burger King at Perkins/Staring in BR has (or had) this kind of set-up. Stupid, because they only have 3-4 employees working at any given time, and NEVER have the "pay" window working. Food still took forever.
