I guarantee Biden will fix it in 2016 - 2020, or in his next term if it takes longer than that.
If they could get a little help from hard-headed GOP congressmen we wouldn't have to wait until the next election.

What does it matter anyway. Take care of yourself, because no matter who is in office, we have reached a point of no return as far as spending goes.
There are now too many jobs/infrastructure that depend on our level of spending rising. Couple this with the entitlement attitudes rampant across the country, and you will see the days of surpluses are ancient history.
I actively encourage any and all young people to join the military if they are even able to get in. This seems the only way to weather the coming storm.
