Agreed.

One play. That's it. LSU was one play away from a NC. (You pick pick on of many, but your's is probably the best).

What about the SEC championship game?

Not sure we beat Georgia.

Not really. We were that close to watching Georgia win the BCSNC game... A team that couldn't even beat Clemson would never have won the SEC Championship game.

So if JC didn't commit that personal foul, we would not have gotten conservative and won that game? We were really close to losing against Arkansas, Auburn and A&M too or at least all those teams had the ball in the last drive with a chance to beat us. So I don't think its that simple. Good teams learn to put away the bad teams, we struggled against them. I know we played toe to toe with the BCS champion at home on a Saturday night, but they were far and away the more consistent, aggressive and deservedly the better team.

I was furious about the Copeland penalty at the game. It was the 3rd time in the game that Copeland had been involved in some altercation either after a play or way across the field from where the ball was. If there is one "play" I could have back from that Bama game, it would be the Copeland penalty after LSU should have been in 1st and goal.

You people are idiots that hold the freaking Peach bowl as a measuring stick. Bottom line is when LSU lost to BAMA thier season was over. Look at how they beat BAMA up and down the field that night only to lose and then watch how they played after.

LSU is not where Clemson is program wise just a fact.

Copeland was mistake #5 on the list, and only 1 by a player.

I think his point is if we beat bama we play much better in the final games knowing their is something to play for.

It's called disciple and LSU seem lacking in that specific area. Look at all the disciple issues the past two year alone that have cost us talent and stability on the field and who knows what off the field.

I'm not buying that it was an automatic TD. We suck in the redzone.
