Lesters, hands down. It is not swimming in butter and not 13,000 degrees. My opinion only.

Never been to Mr. Lester's, but my Ruth's Chris steaks have never been swimming in butter. There's not that much on the plate and I like it. I also like my food hot, so it works for me. If Mr. Lester's gets good reviews, try something new.

Ive never been to Lesters but RC is highly overrated. The best steak Ive ever had came from the worst city ive ever lived in, Indianapolis. St. Elmos Steakhouse...........if youre ever in Indy......get it.

Lester's has gone downhill lately. Would not recommend to anyone - that whole casino has problems and its apparently affecting the restaurants. Probably better off avoiding both Lester's and Ruth's Chris and try some other place.

The casino has always been a shite hole but I ate at Lester's Christmas week and it was as good as ever.

I have never had a steak from Mr. Lesters, but Ruths Chris is way over priced. Your better off buying a sirloin for your grocery store, rubbing garlic power, dash of tony's and pepper, then hand rub some dales on it. Grill about 3 minutes on each side, loaded baked potatoe with red wine and candle light.......she will give you a blow job for it promise

I agree, though I've learned to keep that particular opinion to myself on this board

I've never heard great things about the Lafayette RC location if that's what you're considering, which I assume given that Lester's is an option.
