Gotta go with clay fighters. Remaking that would leave a lot more possibilities than KI. A lot of the people I know like KI better though.

For a remake we could get that issue fixed but if I was to choose one.. Clay Fighter was simply fun

That being said, I played games like that and never loved them -- the lack of engaging narrative failed to draw me in. I tend to think of games like that as good "arcade" games. Unfortunately, arcades are more or less dead. I dunno.
