Two that I can think of off the top of my head:
Superbad - When the cops are at the restaurant and the radios go off with someone screaming " Need Backup! Theres so much blood!!!" and then Bill harder just turns it down.
BASEketball - Fat lipo suction out of Marlon Brado's ass, but the best part is how Coop continues to drink it after the psyche out

Just saw this movie so I'm thinking of it
In Pitch Perfect when they are meeting after finding out they made it to the finals and they're all arguing. The blonde chick looks at two girls that you haven't seen the entire movie and yells at them
"You've been here the whole time how do you not know the routine!!!"

40 Year Old Virgin is one of the funniest movies of the last 20 years IMO.
The funniest line in it is one that I missed the first time I watched it. When they're all out at the bar with the bachelorette chicks, and they have the multi-colored dildo, Seth Rogen says "Dr. Suess's penis.....I really mean this." I busted out laughing when I finally caught it, and it cracks me up every time I think about it.

Kingpin has a ton of them and their mainly Bill Murray
so many great, great, minor things he says/does go unnoticed
*asking the waitress to wipe off her perfume
*saying hey to the chick and then saying, "not you"
*saying, "good luck" write before Roy bowls
*telling the chick who he signed and autograph for what hotel room he's in
I could go on and on
*touching that chick's boobs at the last tournament when she runs onto the lanes
*saying he can buy his way out of anything after winning the tournament

The consistently funny little scenes in The 40 Year-Old Virgin are what makes it so awesome. The scene when they're outside hitting each other with the lights after the night when Steve Carroll gets puked on is just gold.

when they're carrying that tv to that lady's car and seth rogen just snatches the tip out of her hand without saying thank you or even looking at her always makes me laugh

Yes. I actually like later in that restaurant scene when Munson is eating like a complete slob and he says something to the effect of "Why dont you take that outside and finish it" and Munson gives a little look and grabs his bowl and leaves.

In Let it Ride, one scene that always gets me is when Richard Dryfus comes back to the bar after winning a sizeable amount and he has his security guy that he has hired. The guy is standing against a wall, talking about everything he has his eye on...gets me every time.
Also in Raising Arizona when they get the visitors over for dinner with all of the kids, and it pans to the one kid writing this...
