it's a winnable division... the broncos are very good, but how much more does Manning have left?... chargers and raiders are terrible.

The NFC west has come a long way in the last two years... two of the better teams in football right now with very good defenses... and the freakin Rams only lost ONE game in the division.

KC has that culture and fans that can be a powerhouse. If Reid can turn Geno Smith into a player, they may have something there.

Better running game than Arizona, solid D that can improve, good WR, good TE, #1 pick in NFL draft.

KC is not a bad landing spot for any unemployed coach.

So instead of ruining Shady's career, he's going to ruin Charles' now?

The Chiefs aren't that bad. They just need some adjustments. They're far from being the black hole Jacksonville or Tennessee is. The division isn't very strong (with the exception of Denver). And they have the best fans in the NFL. Not a bad job, IMO

From past experience living in KC it is not a bad job. Hunt stays out of the way, fan base is strong and game environment rocks. Their problem is that Pioli sucks and they have hired poor coaches ,e.g., Edwards. Crenel, Haley, etc. it's like LSU in the 90's.

Hunt stays out of the way.

I hope so...he's dead.

Reid is known for making QBs look a lot better than they are and Zona has a decent defense and a good set of skill players sp its not a terrible fit.

Need a ton of line help though

Apparently Andy Reid used all of the Chiefs' timeouts during negotiations.
