ESPN pays (for better or worse) for the rights to those interviews, which gets passed on to Stanford. I understand he wants to celebrate, but is 45 seconds too much to ask?

They cut the interview short, a minute of so later she got to interview him again fully on the stage.

Shaw said he felt really bad for her because he kept getting dragged away. He said he had nothing but respect for Heather Cox and that she was one of the best in the business. It was Coach Shaw that came back to make sure she got her interview.
