Just trade for a semi-decent QB and you have two pretty good teams.

I think the chiefs would be a little harder, no real weapons on O besides Charles. They have a lot of recognizable young SEC names on D which is pretty cool. With the browns you could build around TR on O and Joe Haden on D though.

you have Brandon Weeden, but I would trade for either Russell Wilson or Colin Kaepernick.
you have a great rookie RB
The WRs are young. Gordon (R), Benjamin (R) fast as hell, and Greg little (2nd year)
O-line is decent (excluding Thomas)
DTs is good
DEs are decent
LBs besides MLB Jackson is crap
CBs good
FS and SS not so great would trade for Laron Landry

Jets:
Trade Cromartie and Revis (both huge contracts no bonus to affect your cap penalties)
Get some 1st round picks and a replacement corner or fill needs elsewhere. Old defense, so drafting defense in the first draft would help.
