This is more of a given than any of the JR's. He already had a bad injury once, why chance it again, especially if your stock has met its ceiling

Why would he stay just because LSU lost to Clemson in his last game? It's not like be can avenge the loss...

So he would delay his NFL dreams just so his last game isn't a loss to Clemson?

Best of luck to Sam. Hate that we won't get to see him again in P&G, but, I think it's the right decision.

I think his play at LSU will most definitely translate and improve in the NFL. Going to be a greaat pick for any team

Same here.

I don't know that I have ever feared a player getting re-injured the way I did his first couple of games back after hearing about his back story with his brother and their promise and all.

Sam made the most of his time here at LSU, and I think he cherished it while he was here. It's rare both of those happen with the same player.

Sam's GF accepted an internship at our company in Houston before the New Year, she confirmed he'll be going to the draft.
