hose games oregon etc.. where won with defense and lee just not screwing up, check the tapes it clearly shows Lee handing the ball off and not putting any pressure on him to make plays which he handled good.

Yeah, you are pretty much a waste of time. I found it entertaining for a while but it's no fun anymore. Your depths of delusion are just too deep.

Are you miles or one of the fricking coaches/kids?

Tell him to RUN THE BALL with less then 2 minutes on 2nd and 3 when you are ONLY UP BY 2.

My opinion of Miles' character was lowered last year with the treatment of Lee. This year solidified my negative opinion of him as a game day coach.

He did that with Alabama on LSU last drive and the fan base wanted to hang him for being conservative check the tape it clearly shows it.

The two passes were not the issue. Giving up a 4th and 16 and then not being able to defend an incredible throw on sideline. Clemson was getting the ball back.

I love what he has done for the program and the university but that doesn't mean he should always get a pass. As long as Saban is at BAMA we will always be considered number two, and now we can't even beat the Fake Death Valley Tigers. Where the silver lining can be found is I guess we will always be a top ten caliber team and we should be happy with that because it helps the academics and other programs at LSU. With the being said I don't give a shite because if he gets paid 4 million and gets passes everytime he looks stupid or illprepared then I need to get out of the military and start coaching because that's where it's at. Hopefully we turn this funk around but with all the players leaving and no Hester's Dorsey's or petersons walking through that door next year then we are in trouble. Geaux Notre Dame and ruin BAMA's season too

I disagree if the pass was completed the defense would have not even went back out on the field. The defense was spent, they where out there for way to long. Clemson ran a huge number of plays

I'm in... the last six years Miles has been unable to find one QB who has enough moxy and playmaking ability. Lately our QB is more of a liability than a asset. The playcalling has been so predictable and chaotic in crucial situations. We run no huddle just run the same play at times again. Miles lost a supporter tonight.

Clemson had all 3 left. If they complete the 2nd down pass they spend them on next 3 plays. If they run it get first they still get ball back. The 4th and 16 was the killer.

Which more proves my point. Mett was on FIRE that game, maybe his best game ever this year. We had them on the ropes but let them off the hook

Meanwhile, met couldn't hit the Pacific Ocean standing on the beach, yet he throws it 3 times in a row.

Minute and 1/2 left.

2nd &2
3rd &2
4th &2

About 6 seconds went off the clock. They had 3 timeouts and we were down by 2. I can't think of ANY reason to throw the ball 3 damn times when we are clearly sucking at it, down by 2 and only need 2 god damn yards with 3 tries to do it.

I am done talking to you

If Lsu completes pass ball game, if clemson hold them on the next set of downs LSU can run the clock down to 1:35 and clemson has no timeouts left.

Clemson still could drive. The issue 4th and 16, that was the one that hurt. The kill shot was the wheel to about the 35. After that it was over. Your best unit shouldn't give up 4th and 16, get a PI (which was sketchy), give up a 15 yd wheel, and allow a team to drive 50 yds using no time outs.

The 4th and 16 was the game, but if we make them use their timeouts they can't risk taking a sack or throwing the ball over the middle on their last drive. We are a running team, our QB has proven to make mistakes in key situations. No way we should throw the ball three times in a row. If you want to throw on first, why not run play action and chunk it deep down the field on first down. We complete that the game is over.

Clock stops on the first, so it doesn't matter. They didn't use time out in the dive.

Point taken, but the defense unit was tired and cramping from being out there the whole half, not to mention 3 starters where out for that last drive.

You know darn good and well if we would have ran the ball up the middle 3 times and not gained a first down to ice the game away you would have came here and said we should have thrown instead of running against a defense prepared to defend the run and did not play to win the game.

I know darn well that Clemson would have had to burn 2-3 timeouts.....would have had less than a minute to drive the length of the field......would have had an entirely different mindset and strategy offensively that would have been more conducive to an LSU victory.

That's what I know darn good and well.
