If so, predict their record. I'll say 6-6. This guy is incredibly terrible even with 2 of the best WRs in the country

It's Southern Cal. They will have plenty of 5-star talent to work with.

Do they have a 5 star freshman coming in? I dont follow recruiting. Otherwise, what talent? This guy was the best on the roster if he is starting today.

They already have two 5-star players and 3 4-star players who signed a letter of intent. One of the 5-star players, Max Browne, is a QB from Washington State. He is supposed to be a stud. 6'5", 215 lbs. Pro-style QB. USC is one of the most storied programs in the country. They get loaded with ridiculous talent every year. Remember, they got hit hard with scholarships. Lane Kiffin took over a program that was supposedly going to die from the sanctions. Regardless of your feelings towards Kiffin, he has done a heck of a job at USC. Once he gets more depth on his roster, and once he fires his dad, the program could be in the Title Race every year as they used to be.

Max Browne their incoming 5* QB is a stud. Very accurate. Perfect fit for their system.

They are going to need him to step in right away. No way in hell this Wittek guy can start for a major CFB program

I said before this season that USC was highly overrated. It's just too soon for them to back to where they used to be. They are finally done with the scholarship sanctions. Now, they can continue to rebuild. It can take some time, but they will be back.

Huh? I didn't even think they started until this offseason.

You're right. I totally forgot they postponed them. They signed 31, 6 early enrollment, players this past January.

Wittek will be the guy. When pro scouts go to SC, they rave about Wittek's arm in practice.

They lost 2-3 games this year because of his playcalling. Kiffin is way overrated. Not even a top 3 coach in his conference.

I live right down the street from him. He broke like every possible high school QB record in Washington and was named the Gatorade National Player of the Year. He's super accurate, has great touch on the ball, and has a pretty good arm. His only downside is that he's a statue in the pocket. He looks like he's running in wet cement. After watching Wittek, I can definitely see Browne coming in and challenging for the spot. In the state championship game here, Kiffen was standing almost right on the end zone line all by himself in a full suit watching him. It looked pretty funny

He's long, gangly, and awkward when he runs. He might look more natural once he grows into his body. Right now, I highly doubt he breaks a 5.0 second 40. He has good pocket awareness though and every other skill, so I don't think it will hinder him. He definitely won't be running any read-option though.

He will be in the Heisman running preseason next year. All of their QB's suck but they are hyped to no end. Look at that Mexican in New York
