Los Angeles seems like it would work well, Honolulu as well?

I would love to see the Rose Bowl host another Super Bowl. I think Toronto would do a really good job. World-class city and with Goodell's obsession of growing the game world-wide, I can see it being a big boon to improving the popularity of football in Canada.

Pasadena in the Rose Bowl. I wish I could have seen it played at some historic sites.

Honolulu would not work. That would be a lot more expensive to go and it's all ready ridiculous. San Antonio, Orlando, Los Angeles, I can't really think of any other cities

This.
I could see the Super Bowl being played outside the U.S. in the future.

If the Falcons and Patriots make it, they should play the game in Mexico City, or Bogota, or some similar city where the majority of their miserable arse fans wouldn't make it back from.
