I have 60 bucks to spend at Best Buy. My gaming pretty much consists of playing NCAA and COD. Which one of these would you go with?

AC3 isn't really my cup of tea I was just looking for something to keep me entertained between NCAA and COD.
Havent played a GTA since the PS2 days. They were only fun when I was young cause I could go around running people over and shooting hookers.
FIFA is fun plus I can pick it up for $39 right now.
